COURT PUNISHMENTS
Court punishments can vary from County to County, but you can expect somewhere about the same. FIRST TIME OFFENSE:
3 to 5 years probation, 2 to 5 days work, $1600 to $1800 fine, 3 or 9 month (depending on alcohol level) DUI class, IID in some Counties (soon to come to all).
SECOND TIME OFFENSE:
3 to 5 years probation, 10 to 45 days work, $1800 to $2100 fine, 18 month (depending on alcohol level) DUI class, IID in some Counties (soon to come to all).
THIRD TIME OFFENSE:
3 to 5 years probation, 120 TO 180 days JAIL, $1800 to $2100 fine, 18 month (depending on alcohol level) DUI class, IID in some Counties (soon to come to all), 3 year license revocation.
FOURTH TIME OFFENSE:
